No professional advice

Nothing on our sites or in the software is legal, tax, accounting, or food-safety advice. GST, VAT, FSSAI display, invoices, kitchen processes, and partner tax or TDS remain your responsibility. Confirm figures and wording with your own advisors and local authorities before relying on them for filings or inspections.

Software and availability

The Service is offered “as is”. We do not warrant that reports, tickets, payments, QR menus, or partner-portal figures will be uninterrupted, complete, or free of error. Internet, device, printer, and third-party payment or messaging outages are outside our control.

Forward-looking and marketing statements

Feature lists, screenshots, plan comparisons, and Partners & Affiliates copy describe intended product behaviour. They may change. They are not a guarantee of future fitness, restaurant conversions, or partner income.

Partners & Affiliates

The public apply page is quickkot.com/partners. Invitation to the partner portal is not employment and does not authorise you to bind QuickKOT. Any partner found in wrongful activities or not abiding by the Terms of Service may have their partner login disabled and be suspended from the programme. Copy on the partners page is not a public commission rate.

Limitation of claims

To the extent permitted by applicable law, QuickKOT is not liable for lost sales, spoiled orders, tax assessments, fines, lost partner commission, or other indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the websites or software. Mandatory consumer protections in your country are not excluded. Contractual limits are set out in the Terms of Service.

Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos (including the QuickKOT wordmark and ticket mark), copy, and software on these sites are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse them except as allowed by law or with written permission.

Third-party marks

Google, UPI, and other third-party names are the property of their owners. Mention does not imply endorsement.

Privacy

A full privacy notice will be published separately. Until then, we process account, device, and operational data as needed to provide the Service, security alerts, and support. For the Partners & Affiliates programme we also process enquiry and partner-account data (including work email, phone, company, website, referral and payout records) and send transactional mail. Contact support@quickkot.com for data requests.

Unless mandatory local law says otherwise, this notice is interpreted under the laws of India.
