What does one bill, five kitchens mean?

The guest pays once at the court or hotel counter. Each stall or restaurant only receives its own kitchen ticket. QuickKOT prints one GST invoice and splits KOTs by station.

Is this the same as a restaurant chain POS?

No. One bill and many kitchens is centralised billing on one property. A chain of separate restaurants needs Multi-Outlet — distinct tills that do not share tickets.

The job

A guest wants biryani from one stall and pizza from another. They should pay once. MSB should only see biryani. Chicago Delights should only see pizza. Pickup is a token on one screen — not shouting names across the hall.
