One bill, five kitchens
The one-pager for a mall food court, airport F&B hall, or hotel that still stitches GST by hand. Forward the link. Print it for a walk-through.
The job
A guest wants biryani from one stall and pizza from another. They should pay once. MSB should only see biryani. Chicago Delights should only see pizza. Pickup is a token on one screen — not shouting names across the hall.
What QuickKOT does
- One POS at the court or hotel counter.
- Kitchen tickets split by stall. A station login never sees another kitchen’s lines.
- One GST / FSSAI guest invoice. Distinct station totals when stalls are separate registrants.
- Token Display — a kitchen lights next to the token when that stall marks ready.
- Vendor payout settlement — pay each kitchen from the tickets, without rewriting the guest bill.
- QR menu on Premium and Enterprise: scan, one cart, same split tickets.
What this is not
This is not a chain of separate restaurants. If each door has its own P&L across cities, that is Multi-Outlet. A single café with one kitchen starts on Free POS for restaurants.
Proof on the floor
Shimla QoH Food Court runs eleven stalls on one guest bill. Guests order across kitchens, watch the token board, and can use the QR menu. More on the home page and at shimlafoodcourt.com.
